Welcome to graduationbrochureprint.co.uk, where we offer graduation brochures printed and shipped on demand to customers around the world. By placing an order and using our site, you agree to be bound by the following terms of service:

Order Processing

We will begin processing your order immediately upon receipt of payment in full. Your order will be fulfilled according to the specifications you provided during the checkout process. Orders will be despatched from the date specified on each product page.

Shipping

We are committed to timely delivery of your order. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but a tracking number(s) will be provided once your order is shipped. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to customs or other issues outside of our control.

Payment

We accept payments through a secure payment gateway. Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout. All prices are in the currency displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Order cancellation

Once your order has been placed, you have up to 7 days to make a cancellation unless the item is already in production or has been shipped. To make the cancellation, please contact us urgently here and supply your order number and name. A full refund will be given.

Returns

We offer 15 days to return your goods from the date you receive them if they are deemed to be faulty.

Send your unwanted items back to our warehouse using a courier of your choice via a tracked service. Ensure all goods are returned as new. Don't forget to keep hold of your proof of postage receipt.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will begin to process it as soon as possible. Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your return. Items that are returned and are no longer in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.

If you need to fill in a customs form, please ensure this is clearly marked as 'returned goods', as we will not be responsible for paying any returns customs fees.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free returns.

Refund Policy

Where eligible, refunds will be given in full to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 15 working days for your refunded amount to reach your account.
